Equity (shares) in their company!

Yes, you read that right. Real shares, in our company.

Every Frog NFT holder as of 10 minutes ago will be allocated a percentage of shares based on the number of unlisted frogs they are holding.

There will be multipliers to that percentage based on the following (and more):

✅Snapshots that have been taken since 2022
✅My special allocation to Frogs that have gone above and beyond for The Plague
✅Team Member allocation
✅PFP usage

You do not have to do anything to receive these shares. Just hold your frog until they are vested. We will have a staking mechanism to lock in the vesting period and assign shares. That will come later.

For now we are in the process of changing from an LLC to a C-Corp and organizing everything to execute this process.

I am still retaining the majority of the company myself as to not risk execution of our mission. Additionally there is no guarantee that future distributions like this will happen again.

This was a gift.

Why? How? What percentage? What is the company valuation? How long is the vesting period?

I will answer those questions later. For now I am going to go enjoy Christmas.... and you should too!

P.S. Yes it is legal. I did not sell them. You had no expectation of receiving them when you bought your frog.

This will be the last of a series of snapshots that I started taking after mint in 2022.

I never told anyone what they were for.

This last snapshot will be for every frog holder that has an unlisted frog.

On the 9th day of Christmas The Plague NFT gave to me....

A multi-chain strategy!

In February of 2023 we announced our Plague Proliferation Process.

The process of using @LayerZero_Labs to lock or burn an $ETH Frog in order to move it to another chain.

I am happy to announce that Phase 1 of this process will start Jan of 2024.

Frogs will Plague the other chains!

The first four chains you can move to will be:

- $SOL
- $AVAX
- $FTM
- Polygon

We will start with one, and then quickly add the others. Which one? You will have to wait to find out.

At first, you will just be bridging one frog for one frog.
Then we will open up the process for turning your frog(s) into a mini collection using @ThePlagueNFT IP.

Additionally, we have a @TheFrogTank project that will launch on $SOL in Q1 of 2024.

Finally, as we have stated before... $FRG will also be omni-chain.

We are not the first to have a multi-chain strategy (@KanpaiPandas were ahead of the game).

But I do believe our strategy of allowing holders to spread across other chains by using their Frog to create Frog derivatives is unique, and is in line with our ethos of "decentralizing opportunity"

Next batch will have whole bean and different roasts.

Our first batch was roasted in El Salvador.
If you love that batch, then we will continue to roast in El Salvador and we will also find roasters in local markets.

In fact, we are about to sign an agreement with a roaster/distributor in the UK.

This first 60-90 days we will leverage the immediate feedback of our holders and the Web3 community to perfect our site, our coffee, and our marketing.

And we will reward them for their feedback.
