The US Securities and Exchange Commission today granted accelerated approval to FINRA's proposed rule change eliminating the Pattern Day Trader designation, the $25,000 minimum equity requirement, and all related day-trading buying power provisions under FINRA Rule 4210.

The agency approved new intraday margin standards that require broker-dealers to monitor and address real-time risk exposure in customer margin accounts.

As you will be inundated by endless whiny monologues from decimated short sellers galore the next few days, realize what I’ve been warning about FOR YEARS is coming true and these arrogant toxic lepers have nobody to blame but themselves.

Mean reversion is nice when it works, then potentially catastrophic when it doesn’t and even though I made millions shorting years ago, the risk reward lately has been absolute shit and it takes Supernovas like $SMX $SLV $AGQ and now $BNAI to cut through the near endless amount of bullllllllshit these shorts have been spewing and regurgitating in their toxic groupthink chat rooms for too long and expose faulty strategies/false prophets.

The good news is these mammoth squeezes offer exceptional upside for regular people who go long and those who begin to realize how the risk-reward has changed due to an extreme-over-population of untrained/ irresponsible and egotistical shorts with too much capital who have been in desperate need of a rather costly and painful education for far too long.

Send this to a short seller who has bitten wrecked lately so they can see the error of their ways and learn from it and Retweet this if you love what’s happening like you should, as it creates near endless opportunities for the prepared and more importantly a crucial education for newbies who were previously lacking, no different than the education that naive and irresponsible HODLers have had to go through, and likely have more “education” to endure, as over time the market roots out allllll weaknesses and hubris of all participants and those left standing are the most humble and experienced of all — and it’s they who reap the biggest rewards over the longest period of time!
