If the US has had 900K Covid deaths
it stands to reason that we should have had 90K deaths

Sadly, we've lost 34K.

So it's possible there are 56K Canadians still alive because most of us did what we had to do

Assuming something is completely right and it does not warrant further debate is a poor way of learning and improving. We shouldn't want journalists to think for us but to help us with information to think ourselves.
