@UPS Hi @UPS ! Still no package. Last Wednesday you called and said it was going to be delivered in one or two business days, and guess what? It wasn't delivered!
Hey @ups, why don't you want to deliver my package? Is it personal?
As a UX professional, it's really interesting to see a company have all these scripted responses, and actually don't commit to anything and don't solve your problem nor try to, and still say "We care about you".
@UPS Actually... what UPS stands for?
- Unbelievably Poor Service
- Universally Painful Shipping
- Unreliable Parcel Service
- Utterly Pathetic Solutions
- Unquestionably Painful Service
Which one is?
@UPS You're unbelievably unreliable. Why are you not trying to solve this? You never called me, yet I provided my contact info. You never called the shipper, yet they tried. What is your problem?
@UPS Hey @UPS, nothing yet. Last week you promised last Friday, called twice, and first, they said that the last scan was December 18, and the next call, that the package was... in the US. Which is weird, because it was scanned here. Every time I call, you say something different.
