Hey Twitter, does anyone want two tickets to see @mrrobnewman in Camberley on Saturday night? I can no longer go and don't want to see them wasted! Pretty sure they are also front row
And yet another reason not to be a band 8a. There is no incentive at the moment to go from band 7 to 8a when every month there is a take home pay cut and cost of living is rising π₯
@KateBurkeNHS I did my dissertation on this (albeit 8 years ago now). The main difference is what we want from work and how we are motivated. Factors such as money and status are still somewhat important, but things like meaningful work, work-life balance and job satisfaction are crucial
@AashaCowey I love reading your blogs. Your openness is a breath of fresh air and so much of what you say really resonates. You are definitely not alone and thank you for sharing π€π€
Such an important reminder. I regularly float somewhere between wanting to stay informed and aware to the classic Millenial 'I can't even'. Do what works for you! π
What's happening in the news right now might be making you feel overwhelmed and anxious. You're not alone.
It's OK to talk to someone you trust about how you feel.
Or to have a break from watching or reading the news.
Do whatever helps you π
@AashaCowey I was literally battling with this the other day. And then trying to understand why my watermark would only appear on EITHER the first page or all the other pages!
Healthcare Twitter friends!
Iβve been working with the incredible NHS Graduate DDaT Scheme for the last year, but am now coming towards the end of my fixed term contract and so starting to put some feelers out. (1/2)
@KateBurkeNHS Not sure about how to get rid of one that you're already in, but I've found the most effective way to prevent them for me is managing stress levels (v important), staying VERY hydrated and also not letting myself get too hungry (frequent snacks/small meals). Good luck π
Today is my last day in SCW's Workforce team! What an amazing 3.5 years it has been. It was so lovely to actually see the team in person last night, and I'm so excited to be joining SCW's Strategy and Transformation team as a Project Manager from Monday π₯° #SCWfamily
Impostor syndrome is a paradox:
-Others believe in you
-You don't believe in yourself
-Yet you believe yourself instead of them
If you doubt yourself, shouldn't you also doubt your judgment of yourself?
When multiple people believe in you, it might be time to believe them.
