I think the Astros should move on from Yainer Diaz.
The Reds' Tyler Stephenson could be a replacement. With ABS, he has the 2nd-most challenge wins this year and the 3rd-highest success rate.
Also, if my math is right, his 11.8% walk rate is 11.8x higher than Yainer's.
She made it!
Kelsey Pfendler just shattered records by completing her solo, unsupported row from Monterey, California to Honolulu, Hawaii — a grueling ~2,400-mile journey across the Pacific.
In just 43 days, 17 hours, and 55 minutes, the 32-year-old became:
-The fastest person ever (beating the men's record by ~7-9 days)
-The fastest woman (crushing the previous record by over 40 days)
-The first American woman to do it solo
-The youngest woman to achieve the feat.
She’s one of only a handful of people to conquer this epic mid-Pacific row. What an incredible achievement! 🇺🇸🚣♀️
I asked last week how I could start promoting my music on here and y’all listened. So I will drop a music video every day on X but I need y’all to share it so others can get into my music. Thanks guys!
America is America. It’s great. It’s spacious. It’s free. It’s big. It’s wild and fun. Don’t try to compare it or change it. Celebrate the Red, White & Blue babyyy.

Join me in Dallas,TX at the Longhorn Icehouse July 1st to celebrate the release and also celebrate @DallasExpress ’s 5th birthday as well. Super excited for a great night of Texas Country Music. 🙏🏽🇺🇸🎶
Remember Men: There’s no shame to check in on your drinking. Drinking is a lot of fun. But it’s a good idea to take breaks and check on your physical & mental health with alcohol. Just keep an eye on it. We all love you. 🙏🏽❤️🎶
🥹🇯🇵 ¡UFFFF…
To everyone in America, and everyone around the world who cheered for Japan: we lost to Brazil. The gap at the world level is real, and we still have a long way to go. But we will come back in four years, stronger. When that time comes, please cheer for us again.
The only alpine coaster in Texas. The Cliff Carver. Lets Ride!!! 🤠

To do list…
1. Make vanilla pudding. Put in Mayo jar. Eat in public.
2. Hire 2 private investigators. Get them to follow each other.
3. Wear a shirt that says “Life” Stand on corner and hand out lemons.
4. Run into a store and ask, “What year is it?” When someone answers, yell “IT WORKED” and run out cheering.
5. Follow around joggers blasting “Eye of the Tiger” for encouragement.
