Con las empresas IA teníamos el proyecto de ley, lo que Milei dijo en el FT, lo que Sturze dijo en varias entrevistas y ahora una nueva versión: la de Sturze ante el Senado.

❌Dice que las DAO son también sociedades de tipología IA. Las DAO no tienen relación con IA ni en el mundo real ni en el proyecto de ley.

❌Dice que la Sociedad Automatizada es un subtipo de la Sociedad Anónima. Pero el artículo 14 del proyecto NO dice eso. Dice que es cualquier tipo de sociedad (incluyendo las DAO).

❌Ahora dice que la Sociedad Automatizada la va a poder gestionar software, un programa, un robot o "lo que fuera", definiciones que NO coinciden con el proyecto de ley que habla de agentes de IA y robots.

❌El concepto DAO no viene de la legislación internacional sino que es una terminología del mundo blockchain (y es previo y sin relación con IA)

❌Dice que las Sociedades Automarizadas tienen cuerpo administrativo humano o de personas jurídicas por ser sociedad anónima (pero no lo es). Dice que acá la administración es humana y el trabajó lo hace la IA. Tanto Milei como Sturze dijeron varias veces que acá no tenía que haber humanos tampoco atrás. ¿Cambiamos?

❌Dice que en las DAO la administración la hace la inteligencia artificial algo que 1) NO está en el proyecto así definido y 2) NO es como funciona una DAO salvo que digamos que un smart contract es una IA, que sería una burrada igual. Ah, y dice que acá La IA puede contratar humanos para hacer el trabajo. Ponele.
