As a cop, there is no excuse for this. I am assigned that same model squad car and you can see the A/C vents in the ceiling, I cool the back of my car constantly just to keep it from being hot on my back. It's not like it was when I started 26 years ago when we had the almighty Crown Vics which had no A/C in the back.
