Apply while the plant/tree is actively absorbing nutrients/water. Late summer/early fall or spring are ideal times to apply.

@KittensInBoxes Technically, the active Imidacloprid will remain active up to 9 months under ideal conditions.
Excessive heat, sunlight & moisture break all chemicals down at an accelerated rate.
Application of the product during the “dormant season” is not advised...
