They were protesting suffering the consequences of their own behavior.

@StephenKing I am thinking about the immunocompromised who cannot completely fight off morbidity from COVID, even when vaccinated. Unvaccinated allow the virus to mutate within their body, creating an increasingly more lethal virus.
Please, get the vaccine, or stay home.
