Today I launched the Markets Act 2023, at Fairway Hotel,
The objective of the Act is to reform the existing laws governing the establishment and regulation of markets in Uganda, as well as to establish a framework for the management of both public and private markets

💃💃💃Hon. Raphael Magyezi, the Minister of Local Government officially launched the implementation of the Markets Act, 2023.
He also shared the roadmap as follows;
1. Launch✔️
2. Appoint the committee to prepare the regulations
3. Dissemination and sensitization

This weekend we attended our 4th module as Young Leaders Forum Cohort 10 by @fesuganda . The Topic was on Economics and Development of the Uganda. And just as usual the facilitators did a great job on building our insights and solution generating capabilities.
