We are players from Algeria and we wanted to bring attention to a serious connection issue affecting many EA FC players here.

We are experiencing extremely slow Ultimate Team menus, very long loading times, and in many cases we are unable to play online matches properly. The issue occurs specifically on PS5 and affects players using Algeria Telecom in the provinces of Algiers and Tipaza.

What’s also confusing is that players in the east and west of Algeria do not experience this issue at all, which strongly suggests that it might be related to routing or network infrastructure in the central region.

A similar issue happened with Epic Games and Algeria Telecom in October 2025. Tim Sweeney, CEO of Epic Games, publicly reached out regarding the issue, and the problem was eventually resolved after contact was established with Algeria Telecom.

Many Algerian players are frustrated because EA FC is currently very difficult to play. If you could help bring attention to this issue, it might help the community and possibly encourage EA and Algeria Telecom to investigate it together.
