@SW_Help 06.45 FNB to WAT. Delayed train 10 mins, 8 coaches only, packed as those for the 7.01 took their chances... but let's just lose 4 seats to a bike.... and no the man standing isn't the owner. Not seen the guard so far to report.

@swtrains_watch @SW_Help @Heidi_Labour Sorry. Private companies get negative feedback so what makes the civil service different? We PAY for a service, that comes with expectations, that they need to meet. We aren't asking much, on time, working and clean - a seat is a bonus.

I go to work, i pay my taxes, buy my train ticket... all i want is to be able to get home is it really that bloody difficult?. @SW_Help @swtrains_watch

@swtrains_watch @SW_Help I was meant to have stay after work and have dinner in town with a friend on Monday. Between the issues on her line (LNER) and my uncertainty of getting home... we cancelled. This is so damaging for the wider economy. I avoid going into London for anything but work now.

@SW_Help 17.09 cancelled. 17.20 only 5 coaches, 50% of what it should have. At least the aircon is working, small mercy.

@SW_Help Train got held at farnborough as a passenger succumbed to the heat. A disabled child in an adapted chair got off at farnborough, she looked like she'd been swimming! Mum was desperately trying to cool her down. This is getting more frequent, and more serious. It's unacceptable

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch 17.09 from waterloo coach 8. No air con. Standing room only, temperatures nearly 40 degrees. Everyone is dripping with sweat! Disgusting. You wouldn't transport animals like this dead or alive!

@SW_Help on the 17.09 from waterloo. App showing the train i am on, held outside woking is cancelled. Guards announcements are not audible in my carriage. Whats going on?

@SW_Help Unbelievably the appeal has also been rejected as you continue to say I was only 4 mins delayed! I'll follow up via email as clearly the app doesn't get across the truth of the matter.

@SW_Help On the 07.16 FNB to WAT now due in at 9.30. Over 2 hours for a journey that should take c40 mins. You going to reject this weeks delay repay too saying I was only 4 mins late like last week when I was over an hour delayed?! Great start to a monday!

@SW_Help I have appealed, and will take it further if I have to. I'm furious and frankly flabbergasted they can even think to reject the claim. Thank god i didn't end up having to claim a taxi expense!

@SW_Help managed to get out of waterloo on only train running. Got as far as woking, am told hour and half till next train to FNB (a 10 min journey!l . Please authorise a taxi!

@asda farnborough. When your cashier accidentally scans the onenpack of crisps 3 times, it kind of wipes out the savings. 🤬
