🚨🇫🇷 BREAKING NEWS: In Châlons-en-Champagne, Gabin, 13, who is in the care of Child Protective Services (ASE), was violently assaulted in his residential home by a 17-year-old teenager while other youths filmed and encouraged the attack. He suffered a head injury, a broken nose, and multiple bruises.

The attacker, who had already assaulted another child the day before, was placed back in the same home after 48 hours in police custody.
