@AjayYadav143ss Please look at the data at hand. They did not "drop" 6,000 ft. They left their cruising altitude FL370 and levelled off at FL310. It took them 3 min and a vertical speed of about ~2,000 fpm. That's a somewhat normal sink rate.
@BhunwalVikram It did not crash down 6,000 ft. It took them about 3 min. Please look at the data properly. They left their cruising altitute of FL370 and initiated their descent towards BKK maybe a bit steeper than normal (~2,000 fpm vertical speed as you can see in your own video from FR24)...
@TruthSeeker6999 The drop in speed and the change in altitude happened exactly where they turned around. The speed slowly incresed again after the turn, but stayed lower due to headwinds in the westerly direction.
@TruthSeeker6999 You mean the drop at 18:11Z? I believe that’s because they turned around. The one at 19:43Z is probably just wrong data. I’m not too surprised that they’re pushing back all the way. I can imagine that they had to shut down an engine, which would explain the low altitude.
