@LobaSupremacy@realitywonk@the_P_God When pasteurization became a thing did they have easy access to antibiotics? That’s the question. Yes kids died from raw milk but is it because there were no meds to combat the bacteria if you got sick?
@realitywonk@the_P_God I wonder if this coincided with their not being antibiotics at the time. Because had there been antibiotics and you got sick from unpasteurized milk you could just take a pill? Something to consider.
@realitywonk@the_P_God A lot of children died from unpasteurized milk. Adelaide Hunter Hoodless in Canada lost a child and she led the way for broad milk pasteurization. She was also one of the founders of the YWCA.
