My Medicaid doesn't start until September 1. In the meantime, anyone have suggestions for hand and wrist pain? Every night I put my arm under my pillow to lay on my hand and wrist. The pressure and being held straight and flat helps a little.

Gabapentin does not help the pain...

It's been ongoing for almost a month now. Started right after my prior health insurance lapsed 🙃 I'm right handed and it's that hand of course. I take breaks from my PC, crafting, etc. I got a brance that supports the underside of my hand and wrist and it helps for a bit
