Fucking NHS. I woke up this morning with some trouble in my eye. Called the optician. Had tests. Sent straight to hospital with a torn retina.

They insisted on giving me laser surgery there and then to fix it. Didn't want any money for the job. Now I'm home again.

How inconsiderate. Joking aside. Remember there are people out there who want to dismantle the NHS.

Israeli occupation forces detained a 1.5-year-old child, Kareem Abu Nassar, in central Gaza and subjected him to abuse in front of his father, Osama Abu Nassar, in an attempt to extract confessions.

The father was stopped near Al-Maghazi during military operations, separated from his son, stripped, and interrogated at a checkpoint.

According to medical reports, the child was tortured while in custody, including being burned with cigarettes and pierced with a metal nail in his leg, as soldiers pressured the father during interrogation. The incident occurred after the family was caught in gunfire near their home.

Kareem was released after approximately 10 hours and returned to his family through the International Red Cross, while his father remains in detention.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.

Palestinian child Hanaa Al-Awady from Gaza has passed away in a hospital in Italy after suffering for months as the occupation continued to delay her evacuation. She suffered for months with brain cancer and cerebral atrophy in a concentration camp with no medicine. She was finally evacuated but it was too late.

Two recent decisions made by the State Department both involve children.

We need to be the America that allows war torn children to come here for life saving surgeries and the America that never releases a foreign child sex predator that our great LEO’s caught.

But in this circumstance those war torn children are from Gaza and this foreign child sex predator is from Israel and works directly for Netanyahu.

Let me guess.

Would it be antisemitic to drag Netanyahu’s Cyber Executive Director back and prosecute this pos to the full extent of the law and at the same time let Palestinian kids who had their limbs and bodies blown apart receive surgeries in America?

I’m not saying bring in refugees or use tax payer dollars, not at all, but when did America’s heart grow so cold to refuse innocent children privately funded surgeries and then they return home after they recover?

Wouldn’t we allow Israeli children if they were the ones needing surgery?

Or war torn children from any other country?

And the most concerning question is when and how did America become so subservient to Israel that we immediately release a CHILD SEX PREDATOR after arrest, with a 100% locked up case with evidence, and let him off to fly back home to Israel??

Would we do that with a Mexican child sex predator?

Wow. The BBC World service looked at over 160 cases of children (mostly under 12 years old) who have been shot in Gaza and found that in 95 cases, the child was shot in the head or the chest.
