do you guys interpret this as only being able to cast spells from the lunar embodiment that you're in or does the lunar embodiment only affect your ability to cast the first level spells without spending a spell slot?

@wheelaudanum I'm feeling like yes because then Waxing and Waning wouldn't make much sense, since I'd be spending a sorcery point to change phase just to reduce a sorcery point from a spell I could already use
