@ceritheviking Even cheaper was-> Aber to Birmingham NS then walk through the Bull ring to moor street station, then Birmingham MS-> Marylebone. Also a much nicer experience with free wifi.
@HuwL1oyd@Joe___Allen true- but one industry can't really exist without the other- materials wise. I actually think it would be a good move for Cardiff Uni to at least have a cyclotron. But I'mloathe to suggest ways for them to spend money where they don't have it. I wonder if there is any plan 1/2
@HuwL1oyd@Joe___Allen Hard to tell really, they would likely be safer given their simplicity in design- but I don't really think you can have one without the other.
@HuwL1oyd@Joe___Allen I'd like to know more about Plaids nuclear stance- in particular when it comes to health? Where are we going to source nuclear isotopes from if we are anti-nuclear? Is it ok when nuclear reactors are supplying us, as long as it's not on Welsh soil?
Just received a further update on this from @PublicHealthW:
"The Diabetes UK dashboard provides data from the National Diabetes Audit core report and this is broken down by type for Wales. The latest data shown is for the 2024-25 audit period and reports that there are 16,450 people registered with type 1 diabetes, 207,280 registered with type 2 and other types of diabetes"
