Unsurprisingly, this is another top down decision to undercut Montana energy producers, jobs, and the stability coal brings to communities and families. We need an all-of-the-above energy portfolio—one that includes coal.

@Sen_JoeManchin was never going to compromise.

It’s time to go.

More to come.

The benefits of active forest management are clear: healthier forests, improved wildlife habitat, enhanced recreational opportunities, less severe wildfires, and more good-paying jobs.
Those "woke green radicals" you're talking about want energy independence and are ALL IN for American energy aslong as it isn't hurting people and our planet. Which is exactly what fossil fuels are doing.
Decisions like WV vs. EPA make it clear just how much the system is rigged against us.
A Supreme Court that sides with the fossil fuel industry over the health and safety of its people is anti-life and illegitimate.
What's a real overreach is the fact that CO2 emissions are literally killing us. It's not an overreach to stop something from killing life as we know it
I’m glad to see SCOTUS uphold what we’ve known all along—the Obama-era Clean Power Plan was a massive overreach.
Now, @JoeBiden and the Democrats can’t weaponize the EPA to shut down American energy and further their radical anti-energy agenda.
Instead of shutting down drilling on public lands and waters as he promised, @POTUS is allowing MORE oil & gas drilling on public lands and waters 😧😡 plans are being released by tomorrow. DC Crew, join us at @Interior at 9:00am tomorrow if you're in DC!

Just for the record, if I were the Governor of Montana and we had the worst flood that history has ever seen, closing down ALL of Yellowstone park because south central Montana washed away all the roads, plus towns under water—I’d fly home from my vacation to deal with it.
Democrats aren't doing anything for the climate let alone increasing gas prices. The oil companies are the ones at fault, they are making record breaking profits while the people suffer. We need a just transition now!
Today, Senate Democrats blocked my bill with @RogerMarshallMD to end the gas price hikes bankrupting MTns.
They’re saying the quiet part out loud: they don’t care about high gas prices so long as they’re able to push their radical climate agenda.
You are out of touch with rural Montana. The "woke green agenda" you are referring to will save millions of lives if we do actually do something. Montana's record droughts and wildfires will only get worse with your big oil agenda.
.@JoeBiden and the Democrats are out of touch with rural Montana.
Using their inflation crisis as an opportunity to advance their woke green agenda is a slap in the face to hardworking Montana farmers and ranchers.
Energy security is national security, and now more than ever we need to be supporting more Made in Montana energy.
Great morning celebrating the opening of Denbury's pipeline in Baker that’s supporting jobs & bringing in critical tax dollars.
We need more pipelines!
