The CBS Sports family lost a beloved teammate over the weekend. A tragic accident took the life of 31-year old Bryce Adair, who worked on football and golf coverage
Can’t imagine how any family deals with a sudden loss, both immediate family and work family
Jim Nantz with a moving and emotional tribute during the broadcast of the Memorial Tournament. #RIP 🙏
MALIK NABERS
- 14.3 PPG last year (WR14)
- obliterates his knee
- might not be ready for WK1
- still a Top-24 overall pick
RASHEE RICE
- 18.8 PPG last year (WR5)
- gets arrested
- sentenced to jail (was already going)
- likely ready for WK1
- “Undraftable”
Makes sense.
Threw on some Tua Tagovailoa film, and when at his best, few quarterbacks threw away from zone defenders better than him
Hope we see some of this version of Tua in Atlanta
This is short sighted imo . Who knows how it’ll work out but that’s not a good enough evaluation. Jadarian price, without leading ND backfield, was a first round pick and if you watched Penn state play offense you know that was a defunct system let down by everyone around it.
@spmarshman@JagSays Just proving you don’t get the whole point lol , when you gotta stoop to name calling that’s how you know you’ve lost the plot. Take care
In the hopes that Brendan Sorsby enters the NFL Supplemental Draft this is a move I’m making in EVERY dynasty league:
Unload any late-round pick or roster clogger to get above $100 FAAB to guarantee you get him off waivers.
Chess not checkers.
@JagSays Saying “singleton couldn’t out produce Allen” doesn’t mean he can’t be a good rb in the nfl with the right eco system. We should never use that as a barometer at a high level either , especially a place that was dysfunctional in 2025.
@JagSays Don’t disagree but none of those don’t mean in the right functional system he can’t produce . Puka wasn’t the best wr on his college team , why? Because sometimes the system and surrounding parameters don’t fit one’s skill set. I realize he’s an outlier , the metaphor is the same
