@bootylemonade@dalledarrel It wasn't well thought-out but probably the biggest reason it's got so much attention is how absolute it was said. But that is also most hot-take style sports commentary now
@BenKaspick Hurts even more because the last few years of starters hitting free agency haven't looked great at the time and in hindsight, for a lot more money
@2tittiesrfun The thing is I could see the argument for "physically talented" because Elway had the pedigree, was 1st overall pick, baseball arm, and athletic. But all the accomplishments are clearly on Rodgers' side other than SB wins which is a different argument, and a weak one
@somekewlguy69@a_rai_truther@CTM_Show Yeah I definitely agree with Matt in that he gets often over the middle of the field. Hasn't been as good on deep balls as people hoped given his size and skills but he's very good on digs and crossers
@AllenBogarty@jagibbs_23 Yeah that makes sense. Lamar is amazing at it, ane Caleb made a big leap last year. Better o-line helped, but his rookie year was like Justin Fields where they avoided so many sacks but also were the cause of many pressures and sacks in the first place
