Patrick Mahomes' and Tom Brady's postseasons by year.
Mahomes has been one of the best postseason QBs we've ever seen.
Brady posting good efficiency while also having by far the largest sample size this century is also very impressive.
@Santitos1225@JustinHerbertLA@mibpj2@That_Hurts Now compare the offensive supporting cast of Hurts vs Maye during that time lol.
Maye’s 2025 was already significantly better than any season of Hurts’ career — and that was with meh offensive support.
@ChiefsWashed Yep, definitely deserves huge props for fixing the sack issue — didn’t think he’d be able to do that so quickly and/or to that extent. Like you said though, still a mediocre QB at this point, all things considered.
She managed to gather a list of garbage counting stats and advanced stats that (mostly) exclude rushing value — awesome.
Now what about stats that include all plays (aDYAR per play, EPA/play, QBR)?
Not to mention that Caleb had the good-great weapons, a great OL, and a T5 offensive mind.
The Caleb stans are lobotomites.
@FLDadReborn@Ky1eLong@BarstoolBigCat 7th in passing yards
6th in passing TDs
11th in ANY/A
7th in Pass DVOA
9th in EPA/DB
7th in pass EPA (ESPN)
But 22nd. Ok 😂
@denizselman33@PattonAnalytics All of that is inconsequential when you consider Hurts’ supporting cast was 10x better than Maye’s. Maye would have put up video game numbers with that 2022 Eagles squad — just a far better QB.
@coopuhscoopuh@Stevenharris68@jordancope15 Yeah I hope he's good to go.
By the way, looked into the QB sneak EPA, and like I assumed, the impact isn't very meaningful. I excluded all 0-2 yd sneaks (both from EPA earned and play count).
