If you’re currently hunting for a job, one ritual I’d like you to embrace is giving, even in this season when you’re still waiting for someone to give you an opportunity.
You can pay the bus fare of a student or an elderly person, buy food for a hungry child, or simply be kinder and more helpful to the people around you.
You don’t have to be rich to give, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you can be a blessing to someone else.
I believe that when you’re in a season of wanting, you should be even more intentional about what you give to the world. Not because giving guarantees you a job (it doesn’t), but because your circumstances should never make you forget that you still have something valuable to offer.
Keep sowing good things, even while you wait for your own harvest, and see how fast things turn out in your favor.

Being afraid to ask for your own money (which you're owed) is a different kind of suffering.😂
I used to struggle with it until I realised that if I don't ask, I might never get paid.I'd rather look uncool asking than suffer in silence.
A quiet community isn't necessarily an inactive one.
Some members engage by reading and using the resources you share.
Engagement isn't just about who speaks. It's who finds value.
The real question is: are members finding value in being in your community?
Your content can get views and still bring zero business opportunities.
Visibility is good.
But your content should also show people what you know, how you help, and why they should trust you.

I'm becoming more interested in the questions behind the outcomes
What does this data actually tell us?
What can we learn from it, and what do we still need to understand?
The idea of combining curiosity with evidence.
That's the space I want to keep growing in!
One thing I'm learning as I grow professionally
Being busy and making progress are not always the same.
I want to get better at asking what the work is supposed to change, not just how much I completed.
