@virginmedia I already tried that. I got passed around people that didn’t understand. Please can I be contacted by a competent representative of your company? Do you not understand that doing the same thing and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity?
@virginmedia Can I actually speak to a manager on the phone instead of going through 8 stages of being fobbed off then 15min wait on hold? If this is a quick start order then it’s been pretty slow…
@virginmedia Well they can’t locate it and told me to order a new one from you. Then your customer service advisor sent an email with another customers order on it. Just as bad as each other 😂
@virginmedia & @YodelOnline even twilight was a better love story. There were at least 8 stages before I could try to get to an advisor. Yodel have just ignored me for the day and I’m now paying for a service I haven’t even received yet. Top stuff
