Most people have a leg length discrepancy, typically up to approx. 1cm. For a long time therapists have been chasing symmetry with alignment, assuming it’s the normal and therefore the goal.
But if only 10% of us have equal leg length does that make symmetry abnormal?! 🤔 🤯

10 participants achieved clinically meaningful changes in Pain Self-Efficacy Questionnaires and Pain Catastrophizing Scales after 8 weekly 3 hour dance and education sessions with a physio and a dance practitioner
The complex interaction between pain & depression. An improvement in one can lead to an improvement in the other. The relationship is likely bidirectional. This is why true inter-disciplinary care is important.
