Hon’ble Judges must understand the bar and bench works for the same cause !
Only the difference, bench sits at other side with high chairs and the bar stands on his legs seeking justice !

Such type of behaviour with a young lawyer is simply not acceptable!

Probably Judge sahab is angry because he can’t tolerate a young First Generation lawyer with no family back ground stands in front him and dare to argue !

Does he means that if the so called conduct by which he got offended, would have been done by any senior Advocate, would be acceptable to him ?

The Bar must stand with this young man !

बीसीडी चुनाव का अजीब मोड़ !

चुनाव जीतने के लिए पहले कुछ प्रायोजित कैंडिडेट्स द्वारा दारू मुर्गा, मटन और लड़कियाँ परोसी गई, फिर वोटिंग के दिनों में अपने लोग जुगाड़ लगा कर अंदर फिट किए गए, जो वोटर्स पर दवाब बनकर फलाने फलाने को वोट देने के लिए कह रहे थे, एक महिला कैंडिडेट की भतीजी तक की अंदर ड्यूटी लगाई गई थी जो महिला वोटर्स को अनैतिक तरीके से प्रभावित कर रही थी!
क्या इलेक्शन कमेटी को इतना नहीं दिख रहा था कि कौन किसका रिश्तेदार है या कौन किस कैंडिडेट का प्रचार कर रहा है, कम से कम उसकी ड्यूटी अंदर ना लगे !

खैर चोरी, डकैती के साथ इलेक्शन संपन्न हो रहे थे कि माननीय RO साहब 80-90 लोगो का इलेक्शन रद्द कर देते हैं, क्यूंकि वो लोग चुनाव आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन कर रहे थे, चूँकि सस्पेंड होने वाले कैंडिडेट्स में बड़े बड़े नाम थे तो कुछ ही घंटों में सस्पेंशन रद्द कर दिया जाता है, हालांकि किसी को कोई कारण नहीं बताया जाता !

आपने किन आधार पर इनका सस्पेंशन रद्द किया ? और सस्पेंशन के दौरान इन कैंडिडेट्स को पड़े वोट क्या वैलिड माने जाएँगे ?

बहरहाल तमाम अव्यवस्थाओं के बीच चुनाव संपन्न होते हैं, पेटियाँ बंद कर दी जाती हैं, काउंटिंग के दौरान कुछ पेटियाँ खाली मिलती हैं, पहले दिन पड़े वोटो से लगभग 240 वोट ज़्यादा वोटो की गिनती होती है और दूसरे दिन पड़े वोटो में वही नम्बर घटा दिए जाते हैं, बैलेंस बना रहना चाहिए 🤓!

काउंटिंग के दौरान पता चलता है कि एक महाशय द्वारा प्रत्यारोपित व्यक्ति जो काउंटिंग का हिस्सा था, दूसरे कैंडिडेट्स को पड़े प्रेफ्रेंस को बदल कर अपने मालिक को वरीयता वाले मत ख़ुद से भर दे रहा था, जैसे किसी कैंडिडेट को सेकंड प्रेफ़्रेंस वोट पड़ा है तो 2 को 12 बनाकर अपने मालिक को 2 दे देता है, वैसे ऐसे कई लोग और हैं पर जो पकड़ा गया वही चोर, इस मामले में FIR भी हो गई है, आगे देखते हैं क्या होता है !

अब इन तमाम परिस्थितियों के उपरांत लगभग 120 से ज़्यादा कैंडिडेट्स ने पुनः चुनाव कराने की माँग की है, क्यूँकि उन्हें ना ही इलेक्शन कमेटी पर ना ही RO टीम पर भरोसा है, कई पुराने कैंडिडेट्स कहते हैं कि यह चुनाव अब तक का सबसे भ्रष्ट चुनाव रहा है !

अब आगे देखते हैं क्या इतिहास लिखा जाता है !

मैं सिर्फ बार काउंसिल का चुनाव लड़ रहा हूँ लेकिन मेरे अधिवक्ता भाईयों का मुझमें विश्वास मुझे ऊर्जा से भर देता है !
पूर्वी दिल्ली में नव निर्मित बार “शास्त्री नगर बार एसोसिएशन” के पदाधिकारियों और अधिवक्ता साथियों ने बार की समस्याओं को अवगत कराने के लिए बार काउंसिल के को चेयरमैन तथा मुझे अपने कार्यालय आमंत्रित किया !
यह बड़ा दुखद है कि तहसील में काम कर रहे अधिवक्ता भाइयो के लिए ना बैठने की कोई जगह है ना ही कोई बार ऑफिस या कार्यालय !
मैंने उन्हें वचन दिया है कि मैं उनके लिए हर तहसील में बैठने की, और बार रूम की व्यवस्था करवाऊँगा !

On account of tragic event of sad demise of late Mr. Harish Singh, a former court staff (Ahlmad) at Saket Court, New Delhi.
In Light of the same, we as an Organization dedicated towards the concerns of Lawyers and the entire legal fraternity would like to propose to organize a Medical Health Camp in Dwarka Court Premises. The Medical Camp's focus shall not only be focusing on physical health but shall be comprehensive which includes mental health.
