It is safe and convenient only if they are mailed to citizens of the U.S.A. No one should be concerned if they are legal. Many legal citizens will vote by mail. Others will demonstrate citizenship & will vote if they so choose, whether its a Democrat,
Republican or Independent! Cut the scare tactics. 70-80% of Americans want only legal citizens to vote!
