All on carpet through, so stability is a huge issue with any exercise that requires balance.

I want to do squats, but I can never figure out which of the 50 types to do

@gwiiigwiiiiiii @catkaldir Look, I used to hate epilating, but like once I realized how bad shaving is I got over myself. The other option is like at home IPL ig if you fit the demographic for it, but that also hurts.

Basically all hair stuff hurts but shaving destroys the skin in a lot of people.

epilating is somehow less damaging than shaving. it doesn’t rip the entire first layer of your skin up.

TSS is just shorthand i made up for tend skin solution.
