What did you dream of as a kid?
For some of The Bridge founders, it was seeing a rocket launch
So we drove to see one
The Bay Area is where anything feels possible
That’s why @jointhebridge is here
Thanks @elonmusk for the show
the talent was never the problem
@jointhebridge exists to make sure geography isn’t one either
so that’s what we give founders
> a house in SF
> 50 exceptional peers
> world-class advisors
> $250k

Hagen and Mateo started with €300 of lunch money.
They turned that into a software licensing business doing over €1.5M in revenue.
They were still in high school, in Eschborn, Germany. Population 21,000.
In March, they told me the story of that first company.
A few weeks later they were on a plane to San Francisco to join The Bridge.
Today it's a pleasure and an honor to watch them build Avior and dream BIG.
Hagen and Mateo left Frankfurt for San Francisco
Leaving behind a business they had grown from €300 to €1.5M in revenue while still in high school
They joined The Bridge to take a shot at building a generational company.
Their film drops today at 5pm CEST
Be there
The Bridge wasn’t where Hagen Krall and Mateo Herbig's story started,
but it was the starting block for what they’re building now.
Starting Blocks is a new series by @jointhebridge
It follows the very early days of exceptional founders who moved to San Francisco to build the most ambitious company of their lives.
We’re starting with Hagen and Matteo.
Their film comes out tomorrow, 20 August, at 5pm CEST.
Be there.
@MaximMatias1 interesting!
but imo AI-native is only half the question
if labs become the operating systems of the future, most AI products risk becoming features
the real moat is what the model can’t absorb
Investing $250k in non-US based builders.
@jointhebridge
