@Grimeandreason @daveanthony Yep. Maybe I need to self justify because I'm not 100% comfortable owning a second property. I thought it was a good idea at the time and partnered with other people to do it.

@Grimeandreason @daveanthony I never said it did. The current tenants aren't in the market to purchase a house. We have talked about a "rent to own" program with them, but they don't want the responsibility to own a house. Maybe that will change.

@Flinnja @daveanthony True. I wish they could buy the house from us, but they don't want to own a house (some people just prefer to rent to avoid paying for unexpected emergency costs).
