@takegreenpill You don’t want an s corp, it will result in double taxation (once at corporate level & once at personal level, although there r ways to minimize that). Better with LLC taxed as a partnership. U want a state that doesn’t have state income tax or significant annual fees for LLC.

@_Link_Adam Try it. If you have a loan against x and x is collateral, you can’t uncollateralize without repaying your loan. Even if you have enough other collateral to cover the LTV requirement.
