Opportunities were lost today. Its unfortunate but the message from the Activities Department and from our coaches has always been to "win in the classroom" & to maintain all grades at a C or higher. That gives you the best chance for opportunities at the next level.
Showing empathy, compassion and patience to students doesn't mean you are soft and weak.
In fact, far from it.
It means you are strong enough to care about who they are today and who they’ll become tomorrow.

Something that has been made clear:
We need to stop saying “This is not who we are” in “America.”
Indeed, this is not who and what the United States should be, but denial won’t make the injustices and inhumane ideologies less so.
We can’t change without truth.
