@jeremyhead @robinmckelvie @British_Airways OMG - Iberia for me in March was the worst. Turned out we were booked on Iberojet, which I think is like a charter, to Costa Rica and Panama. So many issues, we don't have enough characters. And also IMPOSSIBLE to trace missing items and luggage. I've now bought a tracker.

@fi_q @British_Airways With you. I’ve just about put up with dumbing down of service & cutting of legroom short haul from @British_Airways. But way they’ve treated us on this Grand Cayman long haul trip been off the scale poor. If we’d not been used to travelling would have been truly horrendous.

Interesting to hear about plans to standardise hand luggage, but not all underseats are equal! On a recent BA flight in the back row window seat, my bag didn’t fit underseat, my knees were crushed and I didn't even even have a window. Anyone else had this? #travelwoes

In Amsterdam for the Tulip Festival so we had to try a Tulip Spritz at Majestic on Dam Square. Made with tulip vodka and elderflower, it was a refreshing treat after walking around Keukenhof Gardens. And yes, that's a real tulip!
