The brain is designed to learn through constant repetition and active, hands-on involvement. Through such practice and persistence, any skill can be mastered.
Understand: people will constantly attack you in life. One of their main weapons will be to instill in you doubts about yourself. They will often disguise this as their objective opinion, but invariably it has a political purpose, they want to keep you down.
Just because of your big mouth, you talk too much. You recklessly spit words, you say this and that about everything.... and in the end, you lose your friends.
Speak less, think first, let your words carry quality.
The more u understand p'ple, de less u argue wiz dem. You realise dat some aren't looking 4 de truth, they are looking 2 defend their perspective. Ñot every coversation is meant 2 be won , and not every person is meant 2 understand u. sometimes de smartest move is disengagement.

Connect with them.
Nothing teaches humility like hard times. They're uncomfortable, but necessary. They ground us, strip the ego, and remind us of what achievements make us forget: no one is self-made, and no one stands alone. Stay humble. Stay kind.
Stop telling your dad and mom about your plans and ideas. They get too excited and discuss them with friends and relatives. It's never a good idea.
Normalize lying to them until those plans have come to mature.
The final stage of becoming a man is understanding your father.

Not agreeing with him.
Not even liking him. Just understanding him.
