Hi @CopaAirlines I received an email 13 December 2023 confirming my refund was issued but I have still not received it, and if I check the refund status it shows 'Under Review', even though my email clearly states approved. Please advise urgently when I will receive my refund

Hi @British_Airways I’ve just got off BA0464 LHR to MAD and realised I’ve left my jacket in the overhead locker (because someone moved my bag but didn’t move my jacket which I made sure was on top of it). Can you please check if the crew picked this up? Thanks. PS. I am BAEC Gold
