Da det generelt er skattemyndighederne der ligger sagerne an forventer jeg personligt at de er prøvet foran en upartisk, effektiv domstol.

Det kræver rationel regulering (og en retstat!)

Det er angivet i links at gennemsnitlig behandlingstid for ligende sager er 5+ år per fond per sag )
