Let’s do a reminder- again
The #NHS ergo @NHSEngland@NHSE_WTE made the conscious decision to disband the team specifically created to tackle #Racism in the workforce in 2023
And depended on hope & vibes to tackle this issue.
Here we are in 2026.
While the @NHS_RHO stays true to its name
And observes.
No idea why people indulge in the facade of “it’s a serious problem we must tackle”
Just say it isn’t a priority
Better to be honest

There are many problems with "puberty blockers," but we don't need to experiment on children to know that chemical castration is harmful.
These drugs, when given to sex offenders, are generally not advised for long periods unless necessary due to harms like bone density loss.

It meant the contents of the patient's bowel, leaving his stomach, were re-deposited back into his stomach in a circular "closed loop",

Helen Whatley knows - she's been told numerous times - that:
* DWP data can only record 1 main condition
* Picked by the DWP, maybe alphabetically (ADHD, anxiety)
* And thus cannot record multi-morbidity
* And PIP is awarded based on functional impairment, never diagnosis
@BBCNews Anthropic’s ‘not guessable’ defense misses the point. Letting shared links get indexed at all is the failure, same mistake OpenAI and Grok already made. This isn’t new territory, it’s a repeated blind spot. Users trusted ‘share’ to mean limited, not public.

Just been sent this DM.
A few weeks ago a PA saw 81 yr old pt with a large lesion on his scalp . PA misdiagnosed the Pts skin cancer ( squamous cell carcinoma ) as eczema!
How many more cancers will be misdiagnosed as something ‘simple’ before you ACT @YvetteCooperMP ?
Patient knows about PAs but thought that this PA was a Dr as she was wearing a suit and stethoscope.
Why are elderly patients having to worry about being seen by quacks ?!
If his wife hadn’t have nagged him to go back to see a GP , what would’ve happened?
@dgraemestewart
@medicalmodelbri@YvetteCooperMP When I rang my surgery to request an appointment I was offered one with a PA. I said I’d prefer to see a doctor, to which the receptionist replied ‘Oh they’re all the same’ 😳
@medicalmodelbri@YvetteCooperMP No, I reluctantly accepted an appointment with a PA but am angry that the surgery tells blatant lies about their training and qualifications.
@medicalmodelbri@YvetteCooperMP How many times do we have to say it? Only a qualified doctor should be seeing undifferentiated patients. Anything else is just quackery. I refuse to see noctors. Why should I play Russian roulette with my health just because these ignorant over-promoted NHS managers don’t care?
@medicalmodelbri@YvetteCooperMP Isn't it ironic that this is happening at a time when the government is consulting on how the title 'nurse' is being used...
