@ScotRail Had to get a new email as old one hacked. Advised by you to just create a new account. Can’t get my new account to recognise my address or smart card. Kind of poor you can’t cope with a change of email address, how do I fix?
@TicketmasterCS after my email and phone were hacked I cannot log in as no longer have the same number and get an error message when I try to look at ticketmaster
@TicketmasterCS Form was useless. The person who answered looked at the selections which didn’t really help and completely ignored the actual problem I had described in the description so a week later no further forward in getting this sorted
