i am slowly collecting all the thresh mains in high elo. when the season ends i will select the highest elo thresh and allow him to duo with me, the rank 1 cait. they're all fighting over me and they don't even know it. to keep them loyal i shoot a love bullet every 3 days.
when i hear people talk about what Nurture means to them, and how it’s affected their lives, i can’t tell you how happy it makes me..
i feel understood in all the ways you would hope for as artist; like my exact feelings have reached people, in the exact ways i wanted while making it.
as a listener, i'd always wondered if my favorite artists could feel what i feel when i listen to their music; with Nurture, i’m CERTAIN that’s happening. i’m CERTAIN that you and me are feeling the same things when we listen to Nurture.
it means a lot to me because that highly clear, unambiguous transmission of feeling, where very little is lost or misunderstood along the way, is what i'm always striving for as an artist. it's rare for me and precious to me

30 days no sugar, dairy, or flour. before and after
this experiment was genuinely lifechanging minasan. from constant breakouts to literally 0. puffiness gone. brain fog lifted, energy and mood stable. healthmaxxing is meta ! !
@lushnats the first 2 weeks were hard cuz i would crave like donuts and boba rly bad (and i still do) but it gets easier and easier. the progress pics really motivate me cause u can literally see ur body changing positively. im the happiest ive been
@Krono35_ the most important thing is slowing down the blood sugar spike cuz the spike is what causes issues. so fruit is fine even tho it has sugar bc it has fiber to slow down the spike. sugar from candy or soda has no buffer. if u pair honey with whole grain it’s totally fine

breakfast: overnight oats in almond milk w carrots and hummus
lunch: a meat with rice and any green veggies
midday: pea protein shake with almond milk
dinner: same as lunch with some cocojune (yogurt from coconuts)
