@YouTube @YouTubeCreators @TeamYouTube I am writing this as a creator who has been profoundly victimized by YouTube’s flawed copyright system and unresolved technical support. I need urgent escalation from a senior specialist, as my case is being stalled with generic weekly emails.

Here is the timeline of the injustice I’ve been facing:

1. The Wrongful Termination: 8 months ago, my channel was completely terminated due to fraudulent copyright strikes. A malicious actor stole my original content from another platform, uploaded it to YouTube before me, and used your system to strike down the actual owner.

2. The Legal Victory: I did not give up. I took legal action, and after an 8-month battle, I legally proved my innocence in court. It was officially proven that the claimant had absolutely no rights to the content. Consequently, YouTube accepted my counter-notices and reinstated my channel.

3. Current Technical Block: Even though my channel is technically "reinstated," I cannot access it due to persistent server and technical errors. I’ve been trying to log in for weeks.

4. The Support Loop: I have shared all of this with YouTube Support. However, instead of solving this technical glitch, the team is stalling me. Every week, I receive the exact same automated email stating, "We are still looking into your case." (Screenshots attached).

5. The Missing $12,000+ Revenue: To make matters worse, during the month my channel was wrongfully terminated, I had over $12,000 of hard-earned, finalized revenue inside. I have NO policy violations, NO community guidelines strikes—only a fake copyright strike that has now been legally cleared by a court order. Yet, this massive amount of revenue has still not been paid out to me.

My Question to YouTube:
Is it really this easy to rob a creator’s years of effort? A thief steals my video, files a fake strike, destroys my business for 8 months, and even after proving my innocence legally, YouTube holds my $12,000+ earnings and locks me out of my account due to a technical bug?

I demand a manual review of my account immediately. Please fix this server login issue and release the revenue that I legally earned.
