I hope @jk_rowling knows how much David Yates’ optimistic comments about the future of Fantastic Beasts raised the spirits of many fans. No matter how long it takes, we will wait patiently.
This is Yates’s whole quote about FB. Not cancelled just put on pause, “I am sure at some point we will be back”. And I will keep on waiting here for all of them with a big American size mug of English tea!
Where it all began 10 years ago today with the announcement of the Fantastic Beasts series
It's been a heck of a decade sharing a fandom with you all ✨
Well I am quite sure that it's gonna open well...but I don't think it will be raking in much later as it is dealing with some really controversial topics on the planet which are not gonna sit well with a lot of people.
Will never get over this shot of Newt, after seemingly having lost his case and his entire life's work, looking up to see GG's banner flying high up with his eyes brimming with tears😭
Quandary: @jk_rowling has been missing from Twitter for over a week.
Downside: Missing her wit.
Upside: Has probably written half a novel in that time.
Have I just watched Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and let the end credits loop for ten minutes just to listen to James Newton Howard's wonderful soundtrack? Absolutely! 🥰

Jude Law says it’s “unfair” that people think Albus Dumbledore was “the real villain” of the Harry Potter series.
“There’s no way you can look at that old man and be like ‘He's the most awful one on the film.’ People who think that should go to therapy.”
Dreadful news, which I feel duty bound to share. Activists in my mentions are trying to organise yet another boycott of my work, this time of the Harry Potter TV show. As forewarned is forearmed, I've taken the precaution of laying in a large stock of champagne.
