Their customer service failed us. If you get sent a defective replacement, you are SOL.

Fi collar broke. No biggie. Product replaced. Replacement broke, and after a bunch of back and forth, was told the warranty doesn't cover the 4-month-old replacement and need to buy a new collar. How can we trust that the new one won't break?
