@REM_infoservice That's the thing it's not up to the REM to determine what is significant impact to commuters its up to the people themselves. The delay was about 15min. That's enough for people to miss connections like other trains or buses or be late for work

@REM_infoservice Why are there announcements for a service slowdown on the whole network but no SMS being sent to alert people? It seems for service slowdowns you avoid sending sms until well into the issue which is counterproductive for people trying to plan their commute

@REM_infoservice You specified in another tweet that the issue was due to where trains where located this morning. This means that yesterday at the end of the service day either someone didn't notice there was an uneven amount of trains in the south shore depot or ignored the problem.

Due to your "slowdown" and crowded trains someone passed out on the REM. I have no idea who is running things there but they clearly seem to not know what they are doing and treating commuters like cattle
