I managed to find AT 2023kdb on a CCD image made by Burke-Gaffney Observatory for Pedro Jose Suarez Briones on 13 June 06:27UT at around ~17.7 magnitude.

AT 2023kdb, a possible nova in M31. It was ~16.5 mag on June 9, however bare visible on June 12. Fading was. Spectra needed urgently!

Taking into account the fast fading it can be a recurrent nova. It would be worth to check archive data and images for historical eruptions!
