Not commentary here so much as context on the two situations because I’ve seen a good bit of misinformation:

Charles Bediako played while a temporary restraining order (TRO) was in place. TROs usually are good about two weeks. His was only extended slightly longer because an NCAA attorney couldn’t make the hearing because of weather. Greg Sankey wrote an affidavit opposing Bediako playing prior to Bediako’s hearing. Then Bediako had his hearing, and he was *denied* the preliminary injunction. So he couldn’t play anymore.

Dae'Quan Wright, Zxavian Harris, etc. got their TRO earlier in August then had their hearing last week. Their preliminary injunction was *granted.*

That’s the biggest difference on how the two cases have played out in court.

@bordeauxyt they had a hearing on thursday that they won, it was up in the air obviously on what would happen in that court room so they were never going to play against clemson… week 2 was the plan for their first game going back atleast a week or 2
