@jerkyboykamal@KwanDislike@VandyonTigers I don’t doubt they threw hard back then. But the math is flawed when they bring up Nolan Ryan threw 108 on old guns, which would’ve been 112 today. I think the guns were just wrong before. The technology wasn’t as accurate
@jerkyboykamal@KwanDislike@VandyonTigers I mean that argument could go both ways. You’re assuming that he throws hard so he can’t go deep into games. Let the guy hang around a couple of years will ya?
@jerkyboykamal@KwanDislike@VandyonTigers He went 5 innings for the first month to build up. He’s gone 6 or 7 innings in 7/8 of his last starts. Let’s not act like every starter in the league has short outings just because they throw hard
@Tboner1285@CoachAaronKnows Nobody woukdve know this would happen. Maybe a little with Kenley. But nobody thought Vest would do this or finnegan or holton. Let’s not act like going into opening day we werent all very confident with the bullpen
@CoachAaronKnows Then those sources have to get fixed. Seabold rolled his ankle on a freak injury down the mound, Verlander hurt his hip not his lat, etc
@FrancoisCorpel@WMUChiefOfProp His whip is almost 1.7. Let’s not act like he’s striking out at a 12 k/9 rate. He doesn’t have a win yet and almost a 6 era. Only reason Flaherty is still on the team is because of injuries
