@AmazonHelp Yeah I've done that every time. I'd rather get my orders than get refunds. To my earlier point, why am I paying for Amazon Prime? And again, why are my orders being marked as delivered when they're not? Amazon Customer Service feels more and more like an endless loop these days.

@AmazonHelp I'm so glad you asked! But you might not like the answer. Amazon is the trendy carrier. The bigger issue is the false labelling that my items were delivered because I don't get notified when they are delivered late. I can't check the mail every thirty minutes throughout my day.
