@British_Airways So your website states for the BA lounge 04:45 for Wednesday at #gatwick south terminal but staff refuse to open till 05:00 as that is when they can open? Early flights and a queue going down the corridor.

Another 43 minutes and once again disconnected during security check with an agent, is this on purpose!!! Might takw your previous agent advice and cancel my direct debit then if there is a penalty seek legal advice.

@currys Abysmal delivery again! Previous was 4 calls to get my faulty item returned + £200 lost as the price changed and not honoured. I have another delivery 3 calls, 15 minutes away, second 30 minutes away then nothing, driver out hours! Now I am being told to wait 1 week WTH?
